In order to become a more independent and self-sufficient national society, MRCS must develop its internal organizational capacity through OD efforts. Our primary objective is to become a well-structured entity at all levels so that we may deliver quality community-based services to vulnerable communities in Myanmar. Simultaneously, we wish to increase local community, civil society, and Red Cross capacity to address the country’s most urgent situations.
